How Secure is my payment method?
Incredibly safe. See that padlock icon that appears in the address bar at the top of your screen? That means you've entered a safe and secure zone. We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform, which comes with SSL encryption technology to protect your details at checkout.
Why was my payment declined?
This is generally for one of two reasons:
-It's a decision that your card holder makes due to your account balance or,
-Due to incorrect information. Make sure that your card number, expiration date and CVC number are all correct.
What currency will I be charged in?
Our store locates in the US. According to the location you are in, your browser should pick up and adjust the currency automatically on the website.
When do I receive the order that I made?
After your payment have been received, we'll send your items to you within 3-7 business days via USPS postal service.
For the last minute orders, we offers an express & priority option which will ensure your order is sent in 1-3 days.
Where do you deliver?
We ship our products all over the world using USPS or UPS postal service. Please read the estimated shipping time for different country below.
Canada: 7-15 business days
Australia: 10-15 business days
United Kingdom: 15-Up to a month

Does Just Robes cover the cost of customs, duties and taxes?
Just Robes isn't responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
What if I ordered the wrong size for myself/my bridesmaids?
It happens, and we're happy to help you choose the perfect size. If you've ordered the wrong size, let us know as soon as you can. We require returns within 5 days of being received, and they must be returned in the packaging supplied and packed securely.
Please email us email@example.com to let us know your return is on it's way.
All returns on orders will incur $15 repackaging and handling fees.
Any customized, printed or embroidered items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
